How long have you been working for Progressive?I started out in "the field" last June. Once I got wind of the existence of Sea Business, I knew I had to go there Why did you choose Progressive?I chose Progressive because I was inspired by the passion and fun that goes into each event. I wanted to work with people who love their job as much as I do. What makes working for Progressive so special?The variety of events we can do, catering for almost everyone. Working with great staff and customers. I also love driving to work through the New Forest, a traffic jam takes on a whole new dimension when it's caused by a herd of cows or deer on the road! What is your favourite Team Building Event?Anything on the water. I love being outdoors and active. I think racing gets everyone really involved and excited. You can't help but bond with your team in order to get the result you all want. Having a nice BBQ for lunch in the middle of the day tops the event off nicely! That's my other favourite thing, food! What do you do in your spare time?In my spare time I like going to the coast and either walking or flying the kite or going for a windsurf with my boyfriend. If the coast happens to be abroad, then that's even better! Wine and Friends rate quite highly too. What is your pet hate?Cold weather, I was born, and grew up in Spain, so I like to be warm. You will rarely be able to see my face when I'm out on the water as I have one of those neck tubes, I pull it right up over my nose. I like a warm nose.
