Away days are an important team building event in the company calendar. They give team members the opportunity to have a break from the office and 'get away from it all'. Recently there has been a trend to hold events over the course of a day rather than include a night away in a hotel.
Here are some ideas.
At some times of the year being outside just is not an appealling prospect. Indoor away day ideas include chocolate making, film making and Together We Can, one of our larger event options which promotes non-competitive team building.

All of the indoor ideas can be run in towns and cities around the UK. In London we do a lot of events at London Art House in Islington. This is an unusual and impressive venue where the staff know us and accommodate our antics!
A growing trend is starting events at client offices and finishing at a suitable club or restaurant. Treasure Hunts are the ideal choice; you can finish work a little early, enjoy a three hour experience and end up at your evening destination for 7 p.m.
