Vickie Getzig (nee Urpens)- Sales Manager

Sweet: Jelly Babies

Vickie is one of our event consultants, your first point of contact. She is one of the longest serving members of the team, having been here since 2005.

Outside work she loves to party and to hit the gym hard.

Vickie married in 2010.

Dan Ammonds - Operations Manager

Born: Hereford
Sweet: Tangfastics

Dan recently completed his degree in Events Management and came to work for Progressive after spending a placement year with us.

"The variety of our work really appeals", says Dan, "and I really enjoy being outdoors in the sunshine in the Summer".

Dan is passionate about sport generally and spends time following football, cricket and rugby.

Sally Rosser - Senior Project Manager

Sally is the Progressive Resources Project Manager.

Sally oversees all events to ensure that the smallest details are met with high standards.

Sally has a keen eye for detail and a professional approach to allow her to ensure that events are always well executed.

Outside of work Sally likes to ski and play tennis.

Rob Baxter - Operations

Born: Bournemouth
Sweet: Humbugs

Rob's military experience, the nature of which we are unable to discuss, make him the perfect leader for organising team building activities.

When it comes to event management Rob has overseen almost every event you can imagine.

A member of the team for seven years, he loves his work and always shows tremendous enthusiasm.
