The Rookie is designed to aid and facilitate 'change management'.
Challenge
The event is used to break down existing mind sets and thinking.
By doing this people are moved outside of their comfort zone.
Having added an element of confusion to the landscape, participants are then guided through a transition phase. This phase completes the challenging of traditional ways of thinking and endeavours to establish clear routes of transit to new ways.
Finally the transitioning process returns the teams to a new comfort level and clarifies the whole process.
The benefits are an understanding of the holistic processes of change management.
DVD Extra
For the ultimate experience, your event will be filmed and a special DVD package will be created.
It will show the highs, the lows, the back stabbing, the triumphs, Alec's reactions... and most importantly... the moment when someone got toasted.
Team Building Relevance
