Team Building January To June
Some think of team building as something that can only be done during the warm months. The industry has evolved a very broad offering and there's now as much that can be enjoyed indoors as outdoors, as well as evening events.
Here are some suggestions for ideal team building activities through the year.
January
It's likely to be fairly cold but the year has just kicked off and you have just come back from the Christmas and New Year break when you may have over-indulged. It's time to dust off the cobwebs and have an energiser. We recommend a high energy Drumming Workshop.
February
It's the shortest month of the year and it's still cold so you'll want to stay indoors. It's often a bit of a dull time for television with the films of Christmas seeming a long time ago. Why not make your own in our Movie Making event? The final result is always great fun to watch!
March
The first signs of Spring usually emerge and March can feel very positive. Our Parmesan Job team building event combines indoors, being inside our Minis, with some outdoor elements. March is the ideal time to head off on an adventure.
April
Yippee! It's the first holiday since Christmas, unless Easter has been really early. But there is still time to have some team building fun with our London Treasure Hunt. Explore the capital before the main throng of tourists arrive.
May
Now it's feeling as though Summer is really on the way, although it may not yet be warm enough for shorts and T-shirts. Enjoy the outdoors with a Country Sports day where you can try all sorts of different activities including our legendary Duck Herding.
June
June is the perfect month to go out on our RIBs. These are fast paced and exciting speedboats which can be used on The Thames or The Solent on the South Coast. If you can travel it's worth it so you can explore the coast and visit the Isle Of Wight. Water based Treasure Hunts are popular.
