Group 1
(12 Participants)
Crystal Challenge

Through changes made to previous events Group 1 knew what areas were going to be covered on the day.

Through this close dialogue between client and organiser the event was a great success.


Group 2
(21 Participants)
Everest Challenge

Group 2 was expecting more feedback on the day and through the activities, she stated that:

Corporate Sailing Day 

Group 3 reported that all of the areas were covered and this was due to previous in-depth meetings held with the delivery team.

It's a Knockout

Group 4 viewed the event as a complete success with all of the desired areas covered.


Group 5
(17 Participants)
Facilitated Belbin Event

Group 5 achieved everything they set out to, and found the day highly absorbing and effective.

However she was slightly surprised with the style the delivery team used, she said that the autocratic delivery caused a small number of employees to resent and not repond to as well.
