What is the process of setting up an event?

This is something that we aim to make as easy as possible.

We need to know when, where, what and for how many; then you really can leave it all to us.

However, we understand that your reputation may depend on this event and you may want to work closely with us in the preparation.

The Basic Breakdown

1. You make the call to us on 0800 975 0728
   
2. Our experienced event co ordinators will guide you through the process
   
   Main points of discussion:
   
   
   • The size of group
   • Desired location
   • The ideas/objectives for the event
   • The budget
   
   
3. A bespoke proposal is created and sent out to you via email
   
   This will include:
   
   
   • Event details
   • Venue options
   • Cost packages
   • Itinary
   • Health and safety information
     
   
   
4. A meeting can be set up to finalise details, confirm dates and discuss any logistical changes
   
   
5. The event is delivered to you as promised
