WHO GETS TOASTED?
Team Building Event
You will be split into two teams (girls vs boys is always a favourite!)
You will name your teams, you will select your team leaders, then Sir Alec will set the day's task.
Challenge
The challenge will be suited to your team, geared to produce a result which will have the greatest impact on their development.
It may involve buying, it may involve selling, it may involve project management or it may involve all three and more.
The team that makes the most money on the day gets a treat, the other team is back in the boardroom, one of you will be fired.
DVD Extra
For the ultimate experience, your event will be filmed and a special DVD package will be created.
It will show the highs, the lows, the back stabbing, the triumphs, Alec's reactions... and most importantly... the moment when the light weight got toasted.
Team Building Relevance
This event provides a challenge where leadership and teamwork are key.
The experience will draw on the team's entrepreneurial instinct and their abilities to draw the strengths from the team.
The DVD film can provide an added insight into this, as well as the priceless replays of the axe finally falling.
