Team Building in Guildford
The town of Guildford in Surrey is 27 miles to the south-west of London, and it is a very popular location for team building events. There are some excellent hotels in the area, and many have plenty of land available for outdoor team building. Guildford is easily accessed by road via the A3 and M25, and both Heathrow and Gatwick are fairly close by, making it a good location for international gatherings. The local area includes the Surrey Hills area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the River Wey, with picturesque riverside locations for those team building events that involve moving around to different ‘hotspots’ for challenges. The town centre itself has a rich history, beautiful architecture, and both a castle and a cathedral, which can all be made good use of in our Treasure Hunts. The Parmesan Job is a themed event featuring Fiat 500 cars for each team and a plot based on the famous film, ‘The Italian Job’. Teams meet characters from the film and compete in themed challenges. There is a dramatic finale involving pyrotechnics and the retrieval of ‘gold’. This is one of our flagship events, and it is often described by clients as “the best team building event I have ever attended”.
