Team Building in Nottinghamshire
Nottinghamshire is a county in the East Midlands, and a regular destination for our team building event crew. The M1 runs through the county, and transport connections are generally excellent. The area was a centre for lace-making in the Industrial Revolution, and towns grew quickly. There is no shortage of the sort of historical merchants’ stately homes that become luxury hotels in the area. When Nottingham and nearby Sherwood Forest are mentioned, one thing comes to mind: that legendary team of Robin Hood and his merry men. What could be more apt than a Country Sports team building event featuring archery? Other activities include Laser Clay Shooting, quad bikes, and Segways. The latter are fascinating two-wheeled, gyroscopic vehicles that are ridden around a course. We have the off-road versions, equipped with strong wheels and rugged tyres, perfect for navigating the hotel’s activity field. Once mastered they are so addictive that people often say that they are going to buy one for use at home! As well as shooting and driving activities, we can offer fun with birds, such as duck herding and falconry. The experienced handlers in charge of these activities are experts in their field and also a mine of information. Country Sports really does have something for everyone.
Team Building Events in Nottinghamshire
It’s a Knockout is an outdoor team building event that is popular in Nottinghamshire. You can select from a variety of inflatable activities including Human Table Football, Inflatable Volleyball and a Giant Inflatable Obstacle Course. These are essentially soft-play for adults, and they are great fun. Gladiator Joust is an inflatable crash mat with podiums. Two opponents stand on these and try to knock each other off with a soft staff, in much the same way as Little John of Robin Hood’s gang. This makes it a very suitable choice for a team building event in Nottinghamshire. We set up a variety of these fun activities in a field, decorated with colourful bunting and flags, creating a friendly competition that is perfect if you want photos to take back to the office. Another very visual activity is Rocket Launch. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create a rocket that will fly further than those of the other teams. We have a purpose built launch pad and powering system which, when combined with the aerodynamics of your rocket, will power your craft soaring into orbit above Earth’s atmosphere … or, more realistically, just above the treeline.
