New Year New Start.
A New Year and all that it brings. We have never experienced a beginning of a year like this one. Restrictions to movement, work and seeing loved ones are all on hold. If you have made a New Year resolution then I hope you are still on track. Or you may have decided that, this year, you will not plan any changes to your lifestyle.
Resolutions need to be small, achievable and realistic. You need to visualise what it is you want to achieve. Begin with small changes to your routine. Try to wake up a little earlier and retire to bed earlier too. Early risers are much more likely to achieve their goals. Walking is a great way to start exercising if you are not used to working out. There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing, so no excuses when it comes to rain!
Set yourself a daily target and write it down. Seeing the words jump off the page will motivate you. You have committed your target to paper so it exists in reality, not just in your mind.
There is light at the end of this dark Covid tunnel and life will return to something like normal. So get ready for the time when we can all celebrate together. Perhaps your goal was to lose weight or become more active or reorganise your kitchen or bedroom. Whatever you have decided upon, make it happen!
Our goal is to bring as many teams back together as possible, once safe to do so, to help you physically work together once again. If you're interested in what we have to offer then please check out our full range of events, give our team a call on 01590 676599 or email .
