Everyone dreads being asked to arrange this year’s teambuilding event… where do you start? What will everyone enjoy? Who do I go to?

Best one to start off with… is it a small group of five Managing Directors or will there a few hundred employees? Once we know numbers we can work out what venues will be appropriate and what activities will suit the group size best.
Location can sometimes be a deciding factor on an event so it is important to know roughly where you are looking to run your event…
Is everyone in the same place or is the group coming from all over the World? Do you need to be close to a train station or airport, or is your group looking to go somewhere remote away from distractions for a weekend?

Sometimes people are not given a budget and simply asked to get a range of quotes to have a look through, however if you do have a certain price bracket you are looking to stick between then it’s a great way to determine what activities and venues would be good for your requirements.

The Hidden Quest Treasure Hunt takes participants on a cryptic, interactive journey into the secret nooks and crannies of a location of your choice. Each team is provided with an iPad tablet featuring state-of-the-art Treasure Hunting software.
The route is mapped out with a series of GPS 'hotspots' that teams must visit in order to complete specific tasks and puzzles. They also meet costumed characters enroute who will give out bonus challenges.
Each Treasure Hunt is scripted to the location of your choice so is completely unique! The day will be themed on interesting quirks, unusual history and fun facts relating to the surrounding area.
Challenges on the Treasure Trail route include general knowledge questions, brainteasers, photo challenges and more. The event is crammed with activity, meaning that all team members will have the opportunity to use their particular skills and everyone is kept busy.
Our Treasure Hunt technology allows teams to keep track of each other and the interactive scoreboard makes the day super competitive. For extra fun, teams will cross paths with each other as they work out their route; expect some friendly banter!

Each Hidden Quest Treasure Hunt is written specifically for the area of your choice. As an optional addition, we can theme the Treasure Hunt to your company, product or event and even load your logos and artwork onto the iPads. Please discuss the possibilities with us.
The event itself will be presented and managed by an experienced Event Manager, it is fully insured, and we provide medals for the winning team.
