Teamwork in the Winter Olympics
Looking at how teamwork is essential in the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics!
Try something new for New Year..
With a new year comes a ‘new you’, resolutions have been set by people across the country. Whether it be to exercise more, stick to a diet plan or learn a new skill. We have a range of different events to help you complete yours!
Tis the season for team building
There really is not better way to banish the January blues than by getting your team working together again in a fun and relaxed environment before getting back to work.
As the name suggests, icebreakers are designed to ‘break the ice’ helping to make people feel more comfortable, awake and energised. Which is essentially for those long but important meetings.
Break the ice in style...
The HAKA makes for a perfect conference icebreaker event, as your guests become unsettled and ‘death by PowerPoint’ seems imminent… Our HAKA Masters storm the room with a roar as they bellow out the opening chant.
Rain, rain, go away...
You can complain about bad weather of you can splash around in a puddle. Here at The Teambuilding Company we like to splash around in puddles! We don’t let the rain dampen our spirits as our activities are bound to lift them regardless of the weather.
Can you impress 'Lord Sweetener'?
The Rookie is our take on the apprentice, gather your group before our very own Lord/Lady Sweetener who will brief them on the event.
Host your very own Olympics...
If you fancy yourself as a bit of an Olympian, then why not book our ‘Olympic Games’ for your next team away day?! Split into teams, create your very own countries complete with flags and national anthems and then compete head to head for your spot on the podium.
Moonlanding to Teambuilding
“That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” Neil Armstrong, 21st July 1969.
Tour de France ...or Tour de Team?
We can’t get enough of the Tour de France in our office, so much so that our events consultant Sarah has started cycling every weekend! It’s also why we came up with our very own take on the event… ‘Tour de Team’!
The Start of Summer (sort of)
Today marks the Summer Solstice, meaning it’s officially the longest day of the year… that’s 16 hours and 38 minutes of daylight… giving us plenty of time to run our events!
Spy School Shake Up
This summer we re-launched one of our classic events… Spy School. With a mixture of new activities designed to test your field skills being added, practice hand to hand combat and then tap into your resourcefulness to light a fire and cook your field rations ‘popcorn’.
