In this event, corporate teams were given a carefully curated wishlist of essential items—including toiletries, non-perishables, warm clothing, and medical supplies—based on real-time needs identified by New Forest for Ukraine. Teams raced against the clock to source and collect as many items as possible, working from charity shops, local stores, and donation hubs. Each team packed their collected items into a suitcase, effectively building a complete care package ready for distribution.

This format turned a standard donation drive into an engaging, purposeful activity that brought colleagues together for a shared cause. It also gave companies a meaningful way to contribute to humanitarian relief while encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and empathy.

The completed suitcases were handed over to New Forest for Ukraine’s logistics team, who ensured they were sent directly to communities in need.
