Saboteurs is an indoor team building event, run in the style of The Traitors, that tests trust, strategy and deception. Teams take on a series of fast-paced mental, creative and practical challenges to earn points. The twist is that hidden traitors are working among them, trying to quietly undermine their team's progress without being discovered.

Yes. Saboteurs is inspired by The Traitors, with the same core idea of secret traitors, suspicion and group debate, turned into a structured corporate team building event. Instead of a castle, it runs at your office, hotel or conference venue, and it's led by a professional Event Manager who runs the game from start to finish.

Your Event Manager starts with a briefing that explains the rules, secretly picks the traitors and warns everyone that not everyone can be trusted. Teams then work through a series of challenges, earning points for success. After each challenge, everyone gathers at the Round Table to question, accuse and debate who the traitors might be.

The Round Table is where the truth starts to come out. After each challenge, teams meet to go over what happened, question one another's behaviour and make accusations. It's the social and strategic heart of the event: the loyal players try to expose the traitors, and the traitors try to deflect suspicion and keep their cover.

Saboteurs includes a mix of mental, creative and practical challenges, each needing creativity, logic and communication to complete. The challenges are designed to reward teamwork, but they also give the traitors chances to sabotage progress or cause confusion, so every mistake leaves the team wondering whether it was an accident or betrayal.

The event lasts about two to three hours and suits groups of around 8 to 250 people. Larger groups are split into teams, each with its own Round Table discussions, so everyone stays involved in the challenges and the accusations, whatever the size of the event.

At the end of the event, medals go to the winners: the players who got through the lies, the laughter and the logic to come out on top. Between the points won in challenges and the suspicion building at every Round Table, the result often stays uncertain right up to the finish.
