We’ll start by going through the basics from ingredient selection to knife skills and the important chemistry associated with cooking. Then move on to the preparation of the selected single or two course recipe that can be adapted for special diets. Our chef will ensure that all can follow the step-by-step process and will answer questions throughout to make sure that all achieve satisfying and delicious results.
