How To Throw a Knife

1. Hold the blade end of the knife
   
    
2. Use a wrist flick action with a still upper body
   
    
3. Calculate number of rotations from the target. As you throw the knife it will spin, therefore the correct target distance must be judged by the competitor.
   
    
4. Practice makes perfect
