Indoor Team Building Event

The Event Format

We provide each guest with a drum, teach them how to play, how to listen to each other and within 15 minutes they will be making music as a team. The event starts with a percussion introduction. The music builds, guests play their drums, the beat is off but it's fun.

The next phase is to take smaller teams of between 7 and 10 into different drumming workshop zones to teach them the upbeat dynamics of rhythm, percussion, beat and music.

Signature Rhythm School

Guests experience the power and fun of group bongo drumming. Our professionals teach you how to get the best sound from a range of drums including: exotic Klong Yaws, colourful Tubanos, earthy Djembes and African Ashikos.

HAKA The Ancient Tribal Dance

(Complete with face paint!) Learn this amazing national group dance from a native New Zealander. Experience the incredible energy and power of this ancient tradition.

Boom Whackers

In a blaze of colour, energy and lightening-fast reactions, this area brings melody and harmony to your event. Everyone is given a brightly coloured tuned 'boomwhacker' that when struck produces a note.

Grand Finale

All the teams arrive back to find the main room has been transformed into a sea of drums and exotic instruments. Immediately our Drum Master will have the entire room playing together and making music.

Who can remember the team's Signature Rhythm? Our Rhythm Master hears each team's separate rhythms which are interlinked to play one amazing sound. Each Signature Rhythm is layered on top of the other to reveal one true sound or unified dumming rhythm. The event is fun, highly memorable and finishes on a complete high.
