Paying homage to the hit TV show The Traitors, this thrilling team event throws your group into a world of strategy, suspicion, and cunning problem-solving. Working in teams, you’ll tackle a variety of fast-paced mental, creative, and practical challenges, but with one major twist… Hidden among your teammates are Traitors - silent saboteurs whose mission is to disrupt your progress, sow confusion, and lead your team astray.
Success in each challenge earns valuable points – but a single act of betrayal can cost you dearly. Collaboration, clear communication, and a sharp eye for deception will be key to your team’s survival.
Perfect for indoor team building, this event can take place in your offices, a hotel, or a conference space. It’s designed to get everyone engaged, energised, and laughing, while also testing teamwork, observation, and trust. Saboteurs is suitable for all abilities and focuses more on mental agility than physical demands.

About the Event Format
Our Event Manager will begin with a briefing, explaining the rules, nominating the traitors, and - most importantly - warning you that not everyone can be trusted.
Over the course of the session, teams will move through a series of cerebral challenges, each requiring creativity, logic, and communication to complete successfully. But be wary - traitors may quietly disrupt progress, steering the group off track or casting suspicion elsewhere.
After each challenge, teams will meet at their Round Table, where the truth begins to unravel. Here, you’ll question, accuse, and debate, desperately trying to expose the traitors hidden among you. Can you uncover the deceivers? Or will they continue to quietly dismantle your team from within?
At the end of the event, medals await the victors - those who navigated the lies, the laughter, and the logic to emerge triumphant.
