Insights Discovery workshops help teams understand how preferences influence behaviour, communication and performance. Delivered in partnership with Juicing The Lemon, these sessions give teams a shared language and practical frameworks that make everyday work feel easier and more purposeful.
This video gives visitors a feel for how the workshop runs, the energy in the room and how participants engage with the material.
What an Insights Discovery workshop delivers
Insights Discovery workshops are designed to help teams:
• Understand their own behavioural preferences
• Appreciate and adapt to others’ styles
• Communicate with clarity and confidence
• Solve problems collaboratively
• Build trust and psychological safety
Rather than being theoretical, these workshops focus on practical conversations and real workplace scenarios.
How the workshops work
Personal Profiles
Participants receive personalised Insights Discovery profiles that reveal their preferences and how they show up at work.
Shared Language
Teams learn the four colour energies and how to recognise them in others — creating a shared language for behaviour.
Practical Application
Through discussion, exercises and real examples, teams practise communicating, resolving conflict and aligning around shared goals.
Reflection & Action
Participants leave with tools, reminders and action steps they can use immediately back in their day-to-day roles.
Together, this approach helps teams turn insight into sustainable behaviour change.

Interested in exploring whether this is right for your team?
Paying homage to the hit TV show The Traitors, this immersive outdoor experience throws your group into a world of strategy, suspicion, and high-pressure problem-solving. Working in teams, you’ll take on a variety of purpose-built outdoor challenges designed to test communication, coordination and quick thinking. These missions combine mental agility with light physical elements, encouraging collaboration and leadership.
But there’s one major twist…
Hidden among the group are traitors - silent saboteurs whose role is to subtly disrupt progress, misdirect decisions and quietly hinder success without being detected. Each completed mission adds valuable points to your team. However, a single act of successful sabotage could slow your progress or cost your team dearly. Clear communication, trust and a sharp eye for deception will be vital if you are to succeed. Designed for outdoor spaces at hotels and venues across the UK, this event is engaging, inclusive and focuses far more on teamwork and strategy than physical strength.
This event works best with an indoor space located close to the outdoor activity area. The room is used for a dramatic briefing from our Event Manager, with the rules being explained and the saboteurs secretly selected. Teams will head out into the activity area, where they will rotate through a series of carefully constructed missions. But beware - saboteurs may subtly steer the team off course, encourage the wrong tactics or create moments of doubt within the group.
At intervals, teams will gather indoors for the all-important round table. Here, you will question performance, analyse behaviour, and vote to identify a saboteur. Did they genuinely make a mistake… or cleverly sabotage from within? As the final mission concludes, identities are revealed. Will the faithful have protected the prize fund? Or will the saboteurs have successfully deceived everyone? Medals and bragging rights await those who navigated the strategy, suspicion and teamwork required to emerge victorious - but only trust, sharp thinking and true collaboration will secure the win.

Saboteurs is ideal for teams looking for a fun, fast-moving, and thought-provoking challenge. It encourages communication, builds trust, and reveals how teams operate under pressure. Expect laughter, tension, strategy… and perhaps a little betrayal along the way.
It’s been an absolute pleasure working with The Team Building Company. Everything was meticulously organised and their communication throughout was excellent. I look forward to working with them again.
