The Teambuilding Company was founded in 1989 and over the last thirty five years has grown to become the UK’s benchmark specialist teambuilding company.

We operate throughout the United Kingdom and we also run a fair smattering of events in mainland Europe and Scandinavia.

Over the years we have created a portfolio of phenomenal events, often copied but never equalled. We imagine a collective groan when any sort of work event is mooted and it is particularly gratifying to see the wonderful levels of engagement and enjoyment that we achieve with every event. We provide team building events throughout the UK, even in the most remote spots. In our nationwide operations our intrepid team has made its way to castles, beaches and forests. We have set up an event in a pod on the London Eye, we have made it to an island that is only accessible when the tide is just right, and we made it home again after the event! We can work at a hotel or event centre, or we can come to your offices. We even occasionally work at private homes.

Our team building events are available internationally. We have worked in most European countries, and as far away as Turkey and Dubai. Our experience enables us to liaise with local suppliers to ensure that we not only meet your expectations, but exceed them. Hospitality, Evening Entertainment and Team Building

We work closely with leading hotels and venues across the UK to provide corporate teambuilding, conference facilities, themed parties and evening entertainment.

We cover predominantly England and Wales but are very happy to discuss your requirements anywhere in the world.

Although we are based in the New Forest National Park area (Hampshire and Dorset) many of our corporate teambuilding clients have offices in or near major cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff, Bristol. We are able to source excellent hotel and venue facilities for team building exercises within easy travel of these locations.
