Insights Discovery uses four core colours to describe how people prefer to communicate, think and behave. Everyone has a unique blend of these energies — some stronger, some softer — and understanding them helps teams work better together.

Fiery Red 🔴

Direct, driven and results-oriented — action focused and confident in decision making.

Sunshine Yellow 🟡

Enthusiastic, creative and people-centred — brings energy, ideas and optimism.

Earth Green 🟢

Supportive, considerate and relationship-focused — values connection and trust.

Cool Blue 🔵

Analytical, detailed and reflective — thoughtful, precise and structured.

 

 

Each colour is strengths-based — there are no “good” or “bad” colours, just different ways of showing up that can be better understood and appreciated.

Overview

Hundreds of Challenges to Compete Against the Clock!

The Ultimate Challenge is one of our most competitive events. This fast paced, fiddly and fun event has teams frantically completing short, sharp challenges against the clock.

Each team is given an Ultimate Challenge Chest filled with a veritable smorgasbord of finickity puzzles, fiendish challenges and funny activities. You’ll get a few minutes to sort through the contents and plan your strategy to best use your team’s skills.

Then the competition begins and you complete as many of the challenges as possible in five minute bursts, between chances to showcase your successes. The tempo is fast, the completion zealous and the room fills with energy in our Ultimate Challenge!

Flexible & Beneficial Team Building

The team which best uses the strengths of each member is bound to win. The challenges test everyone’s problem solving skills, lateral thinking, dexterity and ability to work as a team under pressure - the ultimate team building challenge!

There’s something for everyone to excel at in the Ultimate Challenge; while one member is making an origami swan, another is making a balloon animal, while another is seeing how many cream crackers they can eat in a minute!

Challenges are graded in difficulty and points are awarded accordingly, so you need to think strategically to get the most points – and points mean prizes. The winning team receives medals for their efforts.

Our aim is to get you working together, but we always find the competition becomes as fierce as the fun when the teams’ enthusiasm and determination sky-rockets… This event combines logic puzzles, wacky challenges and gentle exercise to deliver a hugely valuable team building day.
