The particular theme of this event works on a foundation of creative cooking linking into the wonders of innovative course creation. 
The group will be split up into even teams.
One taking the responsibility for designing, creating, presenting and serving the starter of your choice.
The second team will be responsible for the main.
Each group will serve the other throughout the meal, so presentation is everything.
The menu can be anything that you like. Teams will be able to add variations to each course, including a choice of sauces, dressings, ice creams etc.
Teams can go out to buy food at butchers, fish mongers, Tesco's etc.
There will be food master class hosted by a professional chef.
During this session the groups will decide on their menu, based on the education and guidance of our internal experts.
