Born: Espanol Nicola is another recent addition to the Project Managers Team. She is small in size but great in event organisation. She can finalise an event schedule at lightning speed. Nicola is also an accomplished tea maker within the office. Her bubbly personality allows her to calm pre event nerves and is always having a good giggle. |

Born: Bournemouth Emma is another Bournemouth University Graduate who has joined the Progressive Team. She has a very professional touch with all the events and always ensures that they run as smoothly as possible. Outside of work she enjoys looking after Scrumpy, the other office dog, and drinking fine wine. |

Born: Buckinghamshire Guy is a recent addition to the projects managers team. A keen sportsman; his athletic physique and stamina make him an awesome addition to the projects crew. Events are always well executed when guy is in command.

Born: Neath Andy is a Belbin and Motivational Theory (SDI) trainer facilitator and specialises in team building through team dynamics. A member of the crew since November 2004, Andy has overseen and managed over 150 events to date. Outside of work Andy enjoys skiing and rugby. A member of the back row of the New Milton Rugby Football Club, he is also responsible for the coaching of rugby fitness. |

Born: Bournemouth Rob's military experience with the RAF make him the perfect leader for organising team building activities. |

Born: Bournemouth Jamie is a talented young man who appears to have endless amounts of energy. He ensures that our vehicles are loaded with the right kit for the right event at the right time. He can single handedly lift two inflatables whilst completing a Bridge Build. He has also recently adopted one of our office stray cats. Outside of work he enjoys spending time underneath his landrover tuning and tweaking. |

Born: Somerset Dan is another placement student from Bournemouth University who has brought a fresh feel to Progressive Resources. He assists with the day to day operations at the Unit and can often be seen out on events entertaining clients. He has a lively personality and can be quite a charmer. Out of work he likes to drive his 1985 Citroen AX and plays football. |

Born: Taunton Hannah is one of our latest additions to the Operations Team. She has a fun and lively personality and will always bring a smile to your face. She has the ability to multi task very well and is very generous with sharing her biscuits after making the teas. She is well organised and always makes deadlines on time. Outside of the office she likes to go crabbing and camping. |
