Team Building Theory

Progressive Resources can theme team building activities to any behaviour.

We recommend that one event focuses on one concept; for example communication or leadership. This way you will get a clear and powerful message which can be diminished if we try to focus on several concepts.

We provide experienced facilitators who have the necessary licences. This is important as many theories have licenced practitioners to maintain the standard of both the teaching and the materials used, for example any text papers or surveys.

It is not enough to just understand these ideas; facilitators should have correct training and up to date knowledge.
