Everyone loves chocolate… but have you ever tried making it with a festive twist? Well, you’ve won the golden ticket! The flexibility of our Festive Chocolate Making event means we can bring our chocolate workshop directly to you, complete with seasonal decorations and Christmas music to set the mood.
There’s plenty of festive fun to be had as you mix your own ganache, with Christmas inspired flavourings like gingerbread, mulled wine, and peppermint. And for that extra bit of cheer, we offer a selection of festive liquors to give your chocolates a delightful seasonal twist!
Our Master Chocolatier will kick off the event with a fascinating introduction to the world of chocolate. As the rich aroma of chocolate fills the air, you'll learn the art of ganache-making, but don't let the festive excitement distract you - understanding how to temper chocolate is essential for achieving the perfect melt in your mouth texture!
For a merry bit of competition, we add a fun, festive twist to our ‘Apprentice’ style challenge. Teams will create their very own seasonal chocolate brand, complete with a themed name, logo, and Christmas inspired sales pitch. Will you market your chocolates as perfect stocking stuffers, or luxury indulgences?

Teams will be judged on their branding, pitch, and of course, the quality of their chocolates. Key factors include taste, texture, presentation, and festive flair! Don’t forget - your handmade chocolates make for wonderful Christmas gifts, assuming they don’t get devoured by your teammates first!

We’ve been running chocolate making events for over 25 years in venues across the country and can suggest the perfect festive venue for you. Our pop-up Christmas chocolate factory can be set up almost anywhere, so let us know your preferred location and we’ll handle the rest!
The afternoon was very enjoyable for us and this was largely down to the relaxed and fun environment provided by Lotte and John the chocolatiers. All of the team remarked on how excellent the afternoon was and of course all enjoyed getting into the “spirit” of chocolate making.
