Team Building in Cheshire
A conference in one of Cheshire’s many excellent hotels can include the fun and effective element of a team building event, giving staff an afternoon off structured work—or an evening if a gala dinner is planned. Cheshire is a county in northwest England, known for its rural villages and large areas of farmland, but it also has a rich Industrial Revolution heritage and strong links to the nearby cities of Liverpool and Manchester. Chester, a former Roman fort, is the county seat and boasts city walls as well as a cathedral that displays 1,000 years of architectural history. The Cheshire archers were an important part of the nation's defences and played a key role in the Battle of Agincourt. Perhaps our Country Sports team building event is a fitting choice for a Cheshire-based experience, particularly given the rural nature of much of the county. There is an exciting selection of activities in our Country Sports event, including Laser Clay Shooting, Segways, and Duck Herding. Cheshire Cheese is the oldest cheese in the UK named after a place, dating back to the 12th century. We do not yet include cheese rolling in our range of country sports options, but it’s only a matter of time!
