Team Building in Hertfordshire
Hertfordshire’s location just above London makes it a county that we regularly visit for team building events. There is an excellent choice of hotels and conference venues, and plenty of space for outdoor activities. The A1 and M1 both run conveniently through the county, and this combined with excellent rail links and proximity to Heathrow Airport ensure that access is a plus point when planning an event in Hertfordshire. The main towns are Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Watford. The latter is a very popular location for Treasure Hunts, with a surprising amount of history in the High Street alone. Our Olympics team building event is also in demand, and it was exciting to watch Hemel Hempstead resident Anna Henderson bring home the first silver medal in the Paris 2024 Olympics in cycling. Our event involves a variety of disciplines, which can include Laser Clay Shooting, Archery and Inflatable Volleyball. Teams represent their country, and compete for medals. We dress the field with flags, bunting, and an Olympic style podium. This experience works particularly well when followed by a barbecue, as it not only builds camaraderie but also works up a healthy appetite.
