The Solent - Water Based Team Building

The Solent is world famous as a sailing and watersports location. It is a fantastic resource and within a couple of hours travel from London by road or rail. There are many excellent hotels in the New Forest and holding your event here will really give you the sense of getting away from the office.

Sailing as a team building exercise

Sailing works extremely well as a team building exercise. The goal is clear, you have to sail a yacht from point A to point B. All team members work together to complete all of the tasks required to sail a yacht, under the watchful eye of our experienced skipper.

The hierachy of the office is left far behind and a day on the waves is both relaxing and pleasantly tiring. A good meal and a few drinks in the evening make for welcome refreshment and the ideal setting for relaxed social team bonding.
