It is important to cater for everyone when arranging a teambuilding event, some people may be frightened of heights and not feel comfortable hanging off high ropes, or some may struggle with physical activity so a mud run/obstacle course may not be the best option…
Here at The Teambuilding Company, we have a wide range of activities available to suit the whole group!
A lot of our teambuilding events comprise a variety of different activities which fit together to form the event, for example on our Perfect Build event we include multiple activities such as Laser Clay Shooting, Archery, Duck Herding, Cypher, Chemical Rescue and Photo Mission. Teams rotate around each activity in a round robin format spending approx. 30 mins on each activity.
Having a variety of activities available on an event allows more opportunity for everyone to do something they enjoy, resulting in one happy group! It also keeps the event ‘fast paced’, participants have fun moving between and experiencing the different activities. We make sure there is enough time that people can learn and become competent and have fun but at the same time short enough so people don’t get bored.

Our Thames Rib Treasure Hunt is the most exciting team building event available in London!
View the City from an entirely different perspective whilst motoring down the Thames completing Treasure Hunt challenges, followed by a stunning high speed blast to the Thames Barrier.
Using iPad tablets, with state-of-the-art Treasure Hunt software, you’ll be led on a treasure trail through the very heart of central London, answering questions and completing challenges as you approach different ‘hotspots'.
It’s the team that masters delegating tasks to maximise the team’s strengths that wins. There are all sorts of nautical activities to keep your crew busy, whilst at the same time managing the challenges that come …..and then go….. on the tablets.
We start from one of London’s most recognized landmarks, operating from the pier directly under the London eye. The Treasure Hunt takes place in the central section of London, taking in all of the iconic sights from St. Pauls to Parliament.

A London Treasure Hunt With A Difference
After a safety briefing from your Lead Skipper, your group is divided into teams of up to eight before being kitted out with lifejackets and waterproof clothing (if required). We operate a fleet of stunning, identical high speed Ribs perfect for corporate events.
At Vauxhall Bridge, the boats turn around and head back towards the Tower of London. After Tower Bridge, we turn on the taps for a white knuckle ride that takes us via Canary Wharf, past The O2 and out through the Thames Barrier!

The trip down the Thames was amazing, and the treasure hunt was great - just hard enough to make you think, but easy enough to get lots right. As a team building exercise I thought it was brilliant - we got to know each other and it was fun. I would highly recommend!
