Paying homage to the hit TV show The Traitors, this immersive outdoor experience throws your group into a world of strategy, suspicion, and high-pressure problem-solving. Working in teams, you’ll take on a variety of purpose-built outdoor challenges designed to test communication, coordination and quick thinking. These missions combine mental agility with light physical elements, encouraging collaboration and leadership.
But there’s one major twist…
Hidden among the group are traitors - silent saboteurs whose role is to subtly disrupt progress, misdirect decisions and quietly hinder success without being detected. Each completed mission adds valuable points to your team. However, a single act of successful sabotage could slow your progress or cost your team dearly. Clear communication, trust and a sharp eye for deception will be vital if you are to succeed. Designed for outdoor spaces at hotels and venues across the UK, this event is engaging, inclusive and focuses far more on teamwork and strategy than physical strength.
This event works best with an indoor space located close to the outdoor activity area. The room is used for a dramatic briefing from our Event Manager, with the rules being explained and the saboteurs secretly selected. Teams will head out into the activity area, where they will rotate through a series of carefully constructed missions. But beware - saboteurs may subtly steer the team off course, encourage the wrong tactics or create moments of doubt within the group.
At intervals, teams will gather indoors for the all-important round table. Here, you will question performance, analyse behaviour, and vote to identify a saboteur. Did they genuinely make a mistake… or cleverly sabotage from within? As the final mission concludes, identities are revealed. Will the faithful have protected the prize fund? Or will the saboteurs have successfully deceived everyone? Medals and bragging rights await those who navigated the strategy, suspicion and teamwork required to emerge victorious - but only trust, sharp thinking and true collaboration will secure the win.

Saboteurs is ideal for teams looking for a fun, fast-moving, and thought-provoking challenge. It encourages communication, builds trust, and reveals how teams operate under pressure. Expect laughter, tension, strategy… and perhaps a little betrayal along the way.
Saboteurs is a Traitors-style indoor team building event for 8 to 250 people, lasting around two to three hours. Teams compete in a series of challenges while secret traitors try to sabotage them from within. Here's how the event runs, step by step.
Your Event Manager explains the rules and warns everyone that not all of their teammates can be trusted. The traitors are then silently selected.
Teams have a few moments to read their colleagues' reactions, agree a strategy, work out how to use their strengths and decide who they can trust.
Teams complete fast-paced mental, creative and practical challenges that call for lateral thinking and logic. Points are earned through success but lost through deceit, as the traitors quietly sabotage progress and build false alliances.
Between rounds, teams meet at their Round Table to question loyalties, make accusations and try to expose the saboteurs in their midst.
Points mean prizes. The team that best combines skill, intuition and teamwork claims victory and is awarded medals.
Every Saboteurs event comes fully managed, with everything your group needs to play.
Saboteurs builds team cohesion and communication through strategy, trust and friendly competition. Because it relies on mental agility rather than physical ability, it's an inclusive team building activity that everyone in your group can enjoy.
Working together to uncover the traitors brings colleagues closer, as teams learn to read one another, share ideas and rely on each other under pressure.
Every Round Table has teams questioning, listening and debating, so clear communication and careful listening become the key to success.
No physical demands and no experience needed. Saboteurs focuses on mental agility, logic and strategy, so everyone can take part on equal terms.
Points, medals and a healthy dose of suspicion keep energy levels high, leaving your team buzzing long after the final reveal.
It’s been an absolute pleasure working with The Team Building Company. Everything was meticulously organised and their communication throughout was excellent. I look forward to working with them again.

Saboteurs is an indoor team building event, run in the style of The Traitors, that tests trust, strategy and deception. Teams take on a series of fast-paced mental, creative and practical challenges to earn points. The twist is that hidden traitors are working among them, trying to quietly undermine their team's progress without being discovered.
Yes. Saboteurs is inspired by The Traitors, with the same core idea of secret traitors, suspicion and group debate, turned into a structured corporate team building event. Instead of a castle, it runs at your office, hotel or conference venue, and it's led by a professional Event Manager who runs the game from start to finish.
Your Event Manager starts with a briefing that explains the rules, secretly picks the traitors and warns everyone that not everyone can be trusted. Teams then work through a series of challenges, earning points for success. After each challenge, everyone gathers at the Round Table to question, accuse and debate who the traitors might be.
The Round Table is where the truth starts to come out. After each challenge, teams meet to go over what happened, question one another's behaviour and make accusations. It's the social and strategic heart of the event: the loyal players try to expose the traitors, and the traitors try to deflect suspicion and keep their cover.
Saboteurs includes a mix of mental, creative and practical challenges, each needing creativity, logic and communication to complete. The challenges are designed to reward teamwork, but they also give the traitors chances to sabotage progress or cause confusion, so every mistake leaves the team wondering whether it was an accident or betrayal.
Not at all. Most participants are loyal team members, and their job is to watch, listen and work out who can be trusted. Those chosen as traitors don't need any acting experience. The fun comes from ordinary colleagues trying to keep a straight face, and the laughter usually starts long before the final reveal.
No. Saboteurs focuses on mental agility, communication and strategy rather than physical activity, so it's suitable for all ability levels. That makes it a good choice for mixed teams, groups with a wide range of ages and fitness levels, and companies looking for an inclusive activity that everyone can join in with on equal terms.
Saboteurs is available nationwide across the UK and runs indoors, so it works well in offices, hotels and conference venues. Because it doesn't need outdoor space or specialist facilities, it's easy to add to a company away day, conference or meeting programme, and the weather isn't a concern.
The event lasts about two to three hours and suits groups of around 8 to 250 people. Larger groups are split into teams, each with its own Round Table discussions, so everyone stays involved in the challenges and the accusations, whatever the size of the event.
At the end of the event, medals go to the winners: the players who got through the lies, the laughter and the logic to come out on top. Between the points won in challenges and the suspicion building at every Round Table, the result often stays uncertain right up to the finish.
