Looking at the Teambuilding Company’s calendar ahead, there are definitely some “Hot Dates” for Christmas parties this year, where we have lots of events on and venues are nearly fully booked. One of the great advantages of booking with TBCo is that we offer multiple, mobile setups of all our teambuilding equipment meaning we can provide multiple of the same events on the same day in different locations!

Foodie Events
Of course with Christmas comes food, and more food and even more food! It’s the one time of the year that no one fights the over indulgence and everyone appreciates good food and good chat, which is why our Cooking events are one of the most popular over the Christmas period, including Chocolate Making, Cuisine Team and our new gingerbread “Winter Wonderdland”!
Christmas Treasure Hunt
We run Treasure Hunts all year round in locations all over the World, so what a better way to celebrate Christmas than adding Father Christmas, some elves, reindeers and some Christmas themed questions and challenges to our Treasure Hunts! If you don’t fancy being out in the cold, you can always add a Black Cab to your hunt!
Build Santa’s Sleigh
On Christmas Eve, Santa will travel 510,000,000km in 32 hours, so will be averaging about 10,704,437.5 kmph, or about 1,800 miles per second so he will need a pretty impressive sleigh! Adapted from our F1 Challenge, instead of building an F1 car, you and your team of elves will need to build the best Santa’s Sleigh!

For some, the constant Christmas jingles on the radio can get quite tedious, but not for us! We encourage full enthusiasm for Christmas jingles whether that’s through our Drumming Event or Perfect Harmony!

Overview
The Culinary Science...
The mad scientists of the culinary world have combined their love of cooking with the curiosity of science!
It won’t just be pots and pans in this event, Molecular Cooking has you look at the chemical properties of foods and how these can be manipulated to create strange and unconventionally tasty dishes! Our expert chefs will demonstrate the effects certain chemical reactions have on food; spheres, foams and gels are all part of the gastronomy infusions you’ll create.
Your teams will be kitted out with culinary lab coats, aka - chef’s aprons, teams then take to their bespoke work stations to begin conjuring up their own chemically charged cuisine creations.
Our set up can be brought into almost any venue to turn the space into a Molecular Cooking kitchen. With over 25 years’ experience in the events industry we have worked with hundreds of venues throughout the UK – do call us to discuss venues near you. The Event Format
Once the demonstrations are over and your teams have been briefed on the array of new cooking tools laid out at their stations, it’s time to start your food experimentation!
The room transforms into a scene from Flubber as you learn cooking methods such as spherification, the process of shaping liquid into spheres, along with the introduction of hydrocolloid gelling agents to create strangely delicious flavoured combinations.
Learn one of the ‘coolest’ methods of freezing your food by using liquid nitrogen, crush berries into frosted flakes and create the creamiest of ice creams all with a single dunk.
