We have designed a team building event which starts with facilitated team building, where an experienced facilitator will introduce games designed to improve team building and communication.
Once completed each game will be debriefed and the experiences of each team will be positively linked to their work.
We use is the Red / Blue Team Building Game, which is explained below:
Red / Blue Team Building Game - Red / Blue is a simplified version of the game Prisoner's Dilemma which is suitable for team building.
The group is divided into two teams and each team is separated. The teams are then given their objective; to end up with a positive score.
In each round the teams must give the instructor a red or blue counter. If both teams give the instructor a red counter they will both score positive points.
However, if a team gives the instructor a blue counter they will score extra points but the other team will score negative points.
Thus teams can gain, but at the cost of the other team. After the game the facilitator will ask questions which may include:
These games are extremely effective but they are also FUN. As the day progresses the type of games, though still good for team building and relationships, will be of a more relaxed nature.
Most teams do not need an intense day. Instead they need a few personalised points to be well demonstrated and then to relax and enjoy themselves.
The Perfect Team Building Event can take place at sites throughout the UK - just let us know where you are and we will do the rest!
